Michelle was caught lying several times throughout our purchase. She tried on multiple occasions to tell different stories to my wife and I, when she knew we would talk to each other. Seemed as though the left hand didn't know what the right was doing. Found errors in our loan disclosure statement (had PMI in the payment but we were doing a Lender Paid PMI program). Was told closing costs would be around $3k. Initial loan disclosure was $1500 & by the time we received the final one before bumping up our interest rate they were going to be nearly $5k.
