My first job was in the construction field taking on painting and restoration projects. From there I entered the financial arena, holding my Series 6 and 63, enabling me to sell Life and Health Plans, investments and annuities. From there, I went into lending and found a great “home” where I can help borrowers and more importantly, introduce this industry to new Loan Originators through training and mentoring.
As a Sales Manager, I help MLOs with their business planning, concentrating on efficiency, production and time management. I enjoy training and developing newly licensed MLOs through our unique Apprentice Program that concentrates on teaching customized systems and industry tools geared toward success. Accountability matters and I instill that in my mentoring because at Hallmark, we guarantee we’ll do it right, every time.
I joined this Branch in 2010 due to the high energy and leadership of our SVP and Branch Manager. He has a plan and systems in place that get loans closed. The company culture is very unique and we all work extremely well together, focusing on customer service and complete satisfaction.
On a personal note, I grew up playing baseball and was fortunate enough to participate at the high school and college levels. Ask anyone here and they’ll share that I am an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan! I get to a game as often as possible and look forward to their appearances here against the Colorado Rockies. Music is a huge part of my life and I love all types of genres, nothing beats a little Sinatra! Standup comedy is a favorite along with any outdoor activity, particularly hiking or camping, all along with attending a show at the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater as often as possible!
