Brock was great. He did everything and more to get a difficult transaction closed. As the husband of a realtor with a common understanding of the process, I was quite displeased with the underwriter. He or she seemed to be going at long lengths to ask for multiple reinforcing documents, some of which had already been submitted, and he or she seemed to be doing this simply because they could. The team of underwriters need to develop a better continuity of communication within their own department. Not Dan Kazell's fault but my book-keeper had to recount over and over the details of my business verification multiple times with different people who didn't know that he was already asked all the verification questions by other underwriter representatives.
